The listing highlighted how there were "long term renters in place" and in fact both sides had been occupied for many years.

So that helps you build your buyer list and gives you a reason to follow up on their current property - just because they are not selling today does not mean they will not sell tomorrow, so keep asking.

Typically the amount for the foreclosure has no bearing on the listing price or sales price of an REO.

They receive all listings over a week late after posted to MLS.
