Working in long term rental we have noticed an influx of short term rentals jumping ship to long term.The benefits of long term VS short term durning COVID.You don't pay for internet or utilities, You don't pay for tourist tax, don't have to provide furniture or buy new furniture every so often, you won't have a vacancy period durning the slow season, don't have to pay for advertising year round and don't have to worry about paying for turnaround every time someone occupies.

Now, the online price is the same as the price in store, but they are charging shipping which makes it more expensive so go to the store and grab them.Seeing as towels are my shortcoming when it comes to back to back cleanings, I am picking up more sets so my cleaner can have an easier time.

Over the long haul - the world will begin to catch on the long con which is the Federal Reserves "QE Infinity" policy - which fundamentally de-values the dollar against fixed supply stores of value such as gold, and is basically an impossible situation for the Fed to get out of (especially since the Fed has proven they are no longer an "independent" institution).
