I have been talking to experts on here and gotten great information from @Dave Foster.  

Preferably, I’d like her to scope out the deals and then manage the whole rehab operation - both of these I‘m confident to say she’s fully capable of doing. 

I presently working in the hazmat division of trucking making a good amount of money, ive got a couple of small businesses that I would like to work with eachother to grow my brand.I was an infantryman for 11yrs so I’m not afraid of getting dirty and work extremely well under immense pressure.Would you be so kind in possibly allowing me to ask questions from time to time just to give me more confidence in making that leap of faith?

I see this as an affordable way to learn how to do more challenging renovations.I would love to be able to invest in a flip here in Dallas but lack the confidence and experience.

I spoke with property management company and they seemed confident in the tenant’s ability to make payment as they stated the tenant was proactive in communicating with them and it was a “no nonsense” type of approach by the tenant.
