They usually have a "buy box" in terms of location, projected returns, split requirements, condition of the property, exit strategy etc. to eliminate as much emotion from the equation as possible.

Eventually, you'll run into a tenant that knows how to game the system and they'll show up with an Emotional Support Animal (they're easy to get) and you'll have to allow it in.

Last one is sometimes people find it very emotional to rent out their personal properties and take any of the damage caused by the renters very personal.

According to my record and receipts, she owes me $10k for over payment and for supplies, which according to her contract, she was suppose to cover.I always hear how these things can be emotionally exhausting, and also she has no money anyways -- she doesn't have money to eat.
