@Jill Buhrfiend and to piggy back on what Ned said about granite tiles depending on your square footage you may be able to find enough at a restore or a local flooring store might be holding on to enough remnants from a previous job.

Hello-It is a SFR, 3Bed/2Bath; they just had their 8 year long tenant move out so fully renovating the place, new vinyl wood floors throughout  (COREtec performance plus), new kitchen -cabinets, counter tops, flooring, new SS appliances, 2 full bath remodel (showers) new paint (getting the gray tones) as well as paint exterior.

I would be weary to fill any vacant lots with new trailers from the Century 21 cash program as at that lot rent rate it will take forever to pay off those floored units and the interest and curtailments will eat you alive.

While cleaning the apartment a situation occured of her family member stealing something of value of mine that cost $450.After asking the soon to be tenant about it, she stated the stolen item would be returned the next day, and it was.
