Are there credible syndicator that accept less than this amount if someone just wants to invest a smaller amount to “test the waters” ?

The electric is separated and provides hot water.

Don’t discount the expense of improving it with septic, water, and power.

During inspection, we found foundation issue on concrete slab house, water turned off so can’t check for any leak, can’t find sewer clean out, can’t check if toilets are draining properly.

Hello I bought 1.6 acres in JT and did the water survey water was found 350-450 feet below.

Need to split water/sewer lines for duplex. 

Ours are on the 3rd floor, so no need to worry about flood as well. 2.

 Only thoughts are if this is in houston .. maybe take in consideration of lawncare, startup cost and maybe you will have flood insurance?
