I think if it all happens the way they talk, values down south are gonna jump when they're finished.

She is asking 110K for a property that has a partially finished second floor addition.  

Is it possible to obtain another property with another FHA loan or do I have to finish the mortgage on that first property?

As to the barn - we've done a tremendous amount of work on it, and will be finishing it off by repainting, etc. 

For example, if you were to purchase a $130k home, had quotes for repairs of $35k, the home would have to appraise for a total of $165k when finished.  

Look for properties that are of similar condition and finish, size and within 2 miles of your subject property.

Vi did get a real estate broker license when I finished college without having to take anything more than I had taken in college.
