I would expect to see one every 5... over budget but know the odds are in your favor...So this answer was targeted to a park only 10 years old.

Again, according to my counsel, a litigator himself, most courts will decide in the favor of the innocent party, the tenant, since that's what the act is designed to protect.

Our liberal legislature made up of frustrated hippies still crestfallen that the 60's ended tend to write laws that favor tenants over landlords, but it does NOT take 3 to 6 months to evict a deadbeat if you do it properly.

Additionally I have already spoken with my sub-contractors and suppliers about the project and they are willing to provide significant discounts as a favor to me for providing a steady stream of business over the past few years.

Remember, there are laws surrounding lending money these days, and that argument could lean in your favor.
