Managing an Airbnb takes years of experience and even an entire team (in terms of pricing etc.) to really maximize everything.

That means they could be off by several hundred thousand in my market, which does more harm than good in my experience. 

So, using my seed money for more properties is better than using it for one property, and perhaps, using a little bit to start with one property to gain experience learn and then increase from there is a better way to go.

You will have lots of experience and knowledge from owning this unit.
