I reached out to a realtor I know in Prescott (not where I'm investing though) and they said doing this without permits wouldn't be an issue for resale or appraisal purposes based on prior experiences.

I have experience using most power tools, table saws, chop saws, drill, lathe.

There are plenty of wholesalers and agents out there as well, search the for individuals who are actually investors and have first hand experience in what they are selling.

Cheap is great, and i have zero website building experience, but lots of general tech experience, and can figure most things out!

Real estate meetups or online forums can be gold mines for this kind of info.Detailed Inspection: Consider hiring a professional inspector with experience in renovations to give you a detailed rundown of what needs to be done.

While I have no experience with this, I would imagine you would have to jump through the hoops that you would have to go get compensated for damages.
