So as prices on real estate rise, the potential rent to that property does not rise at that same proportion.However, just because the price/rent ratio gets worse in some of these high income areas...does not necessarily mean a property will be a bad investment.

@Valerie Hiscoe I have also invested in Richmond also and I knew the prices would rise in BC a few years back esp. what from what I have seen in Sydney Australia which is a similar city.
