If I can't i text back as soon as possible.I disagree with @Joe Splitrock slightly, while the younger generation is very phone-phobic, I have had "seasoned Realtors" not call me back for days when I am trying to set a showing. 

It was after sending my broker contact to do a drive by.. it was neither occupied or even rehabbed it was still sitting there  apiece of poo poo  never touched... easy examination of title docs revealed the TK marketer hammer in Aussie bought it for 15k and sold it for 125k and never touched it..

People disagree with my viewpoints on most things most of the time.  

Reasonable people could disagree, but I think it's a coin flip as to whether that particular lease could meet that standard. 

Redmond had no issues bringing in lots of land that has subsequently gone up for development or is awaiting master planning.I think this subject is a hot topic that you and I may disagree with on some levels and am not sure that this is the forum to argue the merits of the "draconian" legislation, that we both agree is fundamentally flawed and needs changes.
