Ray certainly didn't predict a virus, but that was just the match that set off the rest of the fiscal issues in the US/World that has us in this exponential money printing, QE attempts and purported "bail outs".  

I'd like to attempt my first deal within the next 3 to 6 months, I know I need alot of work/help but I am eager to soak up as much information and learn more about what is offered in my area and then take that to do some deals in other counties/states once I am viced.

I’m currently attempting to bid auctions on Auction and use wholesalers but I’ve found in general the prices are just too high.

Saw an interesting REO property recently, and in an attempt to be low maintenance for the buyers agent I had been talking with about REI in general (no brokerage agreement tho) I called the selling agent and just asked to see the house.

Is that the best use of the house or are you cutting it up in bits in an attempt to maximize income?
