My primary concern is the county not permitting a second "dwelling" and making me remove a kitchen or bathroom in unit b.

The doorbells/video would be focused on the outside personal entrances of each unit but also the parking lots which would also capture the coming and going of the other residents in the community.Thank you for  your input!

The City definitely cares if you build a second kitchen - end of the day, that's what really triggers an non-permitted dwelling unit risk.I wouldn't be concerned about risk here. 

Clayton has such great videos on investing and a calm collected demeanor that I could see how people would want to work with him .

Regarding what Account Closed said, it can be difficult for college students to stay motivated over video lectures, versus in-person classes.

You can't trust anyone to help you across the board out of state, you have to have very strong oversight and know how to hold people accountable from afar with video updates and workflow requirements.

His videos gave me a basic understanding of how to invest, but I kept thinking, there's no way people can buy houses for 40- and 50-thousand dollars. 

There are helpful youtube videos but it is a tedious operation.
