The 2-4 unit multifamily well in Greenville is dried up lol.

I'm 48 and just added another 250k to mine and it cost me $258 a yearAbsolutely on disability and long term care.... without that, those issues can suck you dry while you are still alive....

For people whose skills are limited to a strong back, "safe" DIY stuff would include: painting (walls & trim), install wall & switch plates, removing carpet & tack strips, installing floating floors in dry areas (laminate in living room, for example), etc.

If they do, it doesn't cost that much to frame/dry wall.
