I agree that the EPA doesn't care how they meet the new regs, but every plumber I talked to and shopping online did show that all the tank capacity sizes I was shopping did get about 2-3" wider, which is a problem when you are shoehorning them into closets.

If your jurisdiction (i.e. state) has a standard contract for residential real estate, you can use it ... at lease as your base and have your lawyer assist with drafting any additional clauses or schedules.

You can usually find the statutes online and print them out if you wish.

The potential tenants from the realtor were much better quality than what I was getting online and from my yard sign.  

Both parties can commission their own attorney or use a Realtor to draft a sale agreement.

There has to be precise drafting of the trust and the LLC in order to maintain the anonymity it provides.
