I have 12-doors there and it's been extremely good to me.My best advice is to make sure you do your research and can trust the folks you work with.The people you work with will be everything. 

However, we'd be taking on a commercial loan before any revenue comes in the door.

If you want to just walk out the door and happen on a good time that's not going to occur.
