Next consider that renting your mobile home will almost inevitably end in a tenant missing some water issues, leaving windows open, doors open for water to enter, leaks without fixes, other damages, etc to your mobile home.

If you pull credit you might retain that for one year and then use a secure destruction method.I could burn docs in a barrel faster than shred them. :)

Looking at a foreclosed house that has a leaking roof and has been that way for about 2 years, the rafter tails in a few of the leaking spots look rotted, not terribly, but a good portion of the ends have that black rotting from water damage.

After you jack the beam in to position place blocks right next to the jack to help support the beam incase jack slips or leaks down.Always place your jack on apeice of wood (with wide base like 2x12 or 4x12) to keep it from sinking into the ground.Have a second person with you to help move stuff around plus if something bad does go wrong you have someone to help you or call 911Just think 2 or 3 steps ahead of what your doing and be careful if you think it will take 2 hours plan for the whole day Things take a lot longer when you are on your back under a houseGood luck

I know it would save time and money, but there's a lot of variables that make DIY doc prep and recording risky, at least IMO.

Again, the mortgage docs give the lender the rights to act in any manner they deem necessary to preserve the collateral - particularly when the borrower and owner of record has abandoned the premises.
