Build credit, it's not that hard to do over 6-12 months to really set yourself up.

I've been wanting to do this for a while, but haven't had the courage to pull the trigger to start doing it.

Is it possible to borrow with fewer constraints?

I am considering renting it out, but the math is not adding up.

I have no doubt you can do that yourself.

Option A, we list at this price, Option B, if you want to sell at a discount today I have a list of cash buyers that will pay 60% of that price, Option C, if you will leave the existing financing in place and sell it Sub2, then some of those cash buyers will pay 70% of Option A, or some variation of that.I guess it depends on what city your are in. 

Given that “students” is not a protected class, it’s extremely hard to argue against zoning rules as they relate to them in housing.

I am also becoming an agent soon and it is an illegal practice of law to draft a lease agreement as an agent and one could loose their license.

So back to the point, as a realtor, you want to be a "Seller's Agent", your question is how do you do this?
