Full disclosure, I am not in the STR business except as an occasional customer... but, my 2 cents..

The politics and landlord rules are a LOT more reasonable.Now for full disclosure, I have spent a lot of time in every one of the neighborhoods in Lake and Porter county.

So far the individuals I've dealt with have been very helpful and forthcoming, but they're requiring me to sign a confidentiality non-circumvention disclosure agreement for one of the properties I'd like more information on.
