Is everyone still having good results with SMS with all the changing compliance issues? If so, which platform seems to have best delivery results?

I could say that it's the fact that my marketing is so outstanding that nobody else stands a chance, but that just isn't the case.

In the current environment I’m not actively marketing but still assist the clients I have organically.

Agreed $100 does seem cheap for a placement fee but 10% is the market down in Austin.

I would avoid building commercial properties in this work from home, post covid market.

@Florsabel De La RosaPunta Cana gets two thirds of the country's tourism but most tourists go there for the all-inclusive resorts so you have pros and cons and a lot of the money has already been made there.I prefer the North Coast indeed  and specifically Las Terrenas and the Samana Peninsula.
