I'm going to list this Oceaport NJ (Monmouth County New Jersey) condo in the BP Marketplace with a more thorough description and lots of pictures.BTW I just saw today that a similar unit in the same condo complex sold for $235,000.This place cash flows over $1200 and it already has great tenants (they pay on the 29th each month).

Only thing I received was a Escrow Receipt that states I paid the taxes, property description, and owner name & address. 

-If you have a blog post add an image and stick the keyword in the alt (image) tag for it.When Google crawls these keywords/ phrases it will countthe density factor over the entire page (title tag, meta tags, meta description, alt tags, nd within the text) so make sure it all fits into the 2% density factor.

The MAJOR compliant I am experiencing is what was said or contracted that I purchased by description, exampled through workshop/seminar/camp ect, or mentioned by assistant after speaker finished, is only related by the topic not material or service.

Have the parcel number and legal description available so they can look it up.
