I plan on renovating and before I inquire at the county building department I was wondering what may be needed.I'm know GFI's and and smoke detectors are mandatory but what else should I be aware of?

It is about an acre in a high traffic area and would be a great place for condos/retail stores.

I'll give another twist on Curtis' good advice and recommend you find some good stores in your area.

Their is a local appliance store that sells used appliances.

Closeouts are great and if you create a realationship with your store you can get even better deals.

Also the same is with the garage he has tools etc. in there but I can either make that another charge or if not rent it to someone who wants to store their car?
