I am curious, how long was the property on the market for you to get such a deep discount?

It's important to remember that banks don't always go for deep discounts when it comes to real estate transactions.

especially now that they are going to go for sale at a deep discount because of interest rates going up and owners holding variables loans form 2019- 2021

My biggest business (also life) lesson from last year was definitely the value of picking the least amount of activities/ventures and going deep in them, delegating where I can (highly recommend “Who Not How!”)

But there are adventurous souls with deep pockets and good legal representation still structuring non-safe harbor reverses.
