This is not normal as a rental, but a small market it still there.After the 2 year mark, I would likely be looking to sell as this home would not be within my cash flow strategy.As a side note, the international customer can not gain permenant residence, so they are forced to rent by the terms of their work visa.

I use a customized spread sheet which allows me to calculate the difference between cost of Short Sale vs Cost of Short Sale... with the average time to foreclose now well over 500 days, the biggest fear of the lender is to tie up the property for a year and a half in default... the SS is best way for getting around the time suck, and government interference...Take advantage of the tension between the servicer and investor...

The link is labeled FIND MEMBERS.If you look at those drop down menus, you'll find many other useful areas of the site as well that I'm guessing you've also never seen before.....Your responses indicate to me that the menu simply isn't as intuitive as it appears to be.

One person said they took it off the HUD website for a new appraisal, another person said that HUD had accepted an offer, so what I did what I called the HUD customer service directly and gave them the address of the property and they confirmed that they took the property off the HUD website for a new appraisal and the property will soon come back on the market.Since you are in Texas, call this number 303.300.1400 and they should be able to tell you what's going on with the property.Good luck!

Herbster,I just spoke with a REO wholesaler customer of mine and he said although he avoids wells fargo for short sales, he didn't see any issues with wells fargo for REOs.
