@Ray Picazo,as an Investor-Agent myself, I have had several conversations of this topic with my clients and customers.

Order a BPO, a local realtor will go out to the house and take pictures and tell you what they think it is worth.  

You can add value if you make the shower bigger and custom and then tile it.

@Joe Villeneuve I dont know, I will think about it - but how often do you here any other business snidely stating "my customer pays my mortgage?" 

With that said, we can't see any pictures so are unsure of the actual condition.

Depending on the condition of the contents, I would opt for packing up pictures and other potential valuable items and storing them.I would also look to store the better furniture to sell or re-purpose if not claimed.
