Does anyone has any knowledge on how and or where a retail investor can go to invest in assets that pay a royalty?

If you get a VA loan a year from now, is your best guess that it will be higher or lower than an investor loan today?

A lot of the investors that I work with will get all of their properties Section 8 approved, which guarantees the rent at a higher rate than you could normally get for it.

I have been told by several investors that I was overcharged but I guess at this point it is what it is since I have already almost finished everything.
