There is noting you can do to control when tenants decide to move out.

A colleague of mine mine thinks that since the property should be considered to be abandoned  since there is a statement on the door and has been under their control for over a year.

But someone who goes into real estate without knowledge is cruising for disappointment if not disaster.

@Haven Latimer Typically FSBOs are people who dont want to pay a realtor for some reason (ie: they are an investor, they are too cheap to pay a realtor, they want to have complete control over the process etc) .
