Most have to get the 75-100 hour class you discussed and then do a 2-3 year apprenticeship for another 2000+ hours.

Also, only other thing to add would be that if in your current market you aren’t finding enough deals to analyze and run numbers on, because you’re looking for 2-4 multifamily, then you need to either (1) change markets or (2) change property class.
