That ship has already sailed.If in reviewing the claim and/or complaint, the insurance adjuster for your landlord policy insurer, or the attorney it appoints to defend you, determines that the claim or lawsuit mistakenly names you as a defendant because the plaintiff mistakenly believes you still own the building, they will probably point out that error to the plaintiff’s attorney and presumably get you promptly dismissed from the lawsuit.

Are you implying that establishing a policy dealing specifically with Assistance Animals that contains reasonable restrictions (that do not include breed/weight) or reinforces other pre-existing House Rules such as those addressing noise (excessive barking), or odors emanating from a residence (pet waste), is not lawful?

For the duplex we just secured with seller financing, I found a template offer to purchase contract online specific to the state and made sure it contained everything I'm used to seeing in a purchase contract.
