Large repairs that need containment can be costly

For example, a tinyhome that is on a trailer, or a shipping container that has been remodeled to have a modern esthetic and feel.

After much research about real estate investing and constantly on this site for the great information it contains, this is my 1st post which I'm sure will be among many in the years to come.

I guess everything is relative  But yes you’re right, the income tax is insane and the gasoline that you ship via pipeline to us in Vegas costs a dollar more per gallon there than here without shipping and we still complain about how we’re paying so much more than everyone else. 

Lastly I'm of course fine with googling, a book can't contain everything.

I understand this site is geared toward the medical community but a lot of the information contained in the blogs can be applied to real estate investors too.

I ran a tight ship that allowed me to basically live rent free in my house and have the master.

Further, we have an order that will ship July 22, so on or before, I will have another 50K in cash. 

Also, around here, if a tenant doesn't pay a utility bill and they try to "jump ship" and set up utilities in their name somewhere else with an unpaid bill, the utility company won't do that until it gets paid.Even though it's not fair to you, I"m pretty sure in most states its illegal to shut off utilities on your tenants, regardless of if they're current in paying you for them or not.
