I just purchased my first duplex and have $10K in savings, what should I do with it?

Not sure if higher purchase prices/rates have created this boom or if it's that all the new supply of rentals in Chicago is aimed at top end luxury *$3000 1br type builds etc. but rents have shot up on the north side.

They share a lot of similarities in terms of price point, both for your purchase as well as your rents, they are attractive to renters and first time home buyers because of their affordability relative to the rest of the county.  

The goal would be to work with the errors, name one of them as the RP with full authority, and purchase the property without involving the courts. 

When you say sales, are you referring to direct sales to a consumer or business to business?

It’s been seven months since I purchased the program and have already flipped one house, my second house is getting pictures taken today (rehab is complete) and will be listed around the middle of next week.

Hello,I would like to know where I could obtain a set of docs valid in Florida necessary for purchase and sale of distressed properties (subject to, owner financing, release of information, lease with option to buy, etc.)Thanks for your help

It never was an issue as the seller and his/her agent knew before accepting the contract that the buyer agent fee of X% was included in the purchase price. 

I have purchased land/structures using owner financing on multiple occasions.
