This does protect you from hurricane and will be able to withstand some deflection on earth movement, but still the fact remains that if something goes wrong on the property, you still need to fix it, and the constant movement of soil -- and even especially on sinkholes doesn't help with the cost and maintenance.

The problem I find myself in is that I see myself going to the local hardware store and buying things on a constant basis but no consistent place to log the expense, such as a spreadsheet of some sort.I imagine I am not the first to come across this problem, do any of you have a template I can use or recommend one that will allow me to itemize my expenses.

Sleeper sofa's tend to be uncomfortable and they are annoying if you want to use the couch during your stay since you are constantly putting it up and down each night.

If your rate is bumped enough that the loan will sell for 275 basis points more on the secondary market (or it's an ARM, those also sell for more if you hold constant the rate), then giving you a 'grant' for 200 basis points (equals approx 2%) is easily done, and it's still a higher profit loan for the lender.
