It should return basic economic and demographic data but rental data, SFR data per zip codes is a pretty niche area of the internet.Big proptech data companies have some of that but it’s sparse.

You'll make more money if you invest in the stocks of the best companies but, when the market goes down, you'll generally still lose money because the stocks of the best companies will go down too.I could write a book about this but hopefully I already gave you enough food for thought.

Question to the apartment owners, management companies, single family portfolio investors and the like.Would installing solar panels on your income producing assets make sense if there was no upfront installation cost and you could "bill" the customer for electricity that the sun produces for each property?
