Question is where to buy the quality lists and where to design/print postcards.  

There will be an excess supply of units and small landlords will be competing against product designed expressly for millenial tastes.

As new investors, we ran the numbers 100 times, and finally felt comfortable with them.

But, we are both serious and willing to learn al of our options before we end up getting involved with a deal/deals that we are not 100% careful and comfortable with.

I've been researching this for myself as well, and I've come across two companies that are designed to handle the property management and cleaning services for you at a nominal fee.

Partner with someone more experienced on a deal or two until youre comfortable doing it on your own.
