I interviewed Chris Gray a few weeks ago who spoke about this.

Started looking into Newark market for MFRs. Done some research but also wanted to cross reference the findings here. So far, these neighborhoods seem like safer makers for good quality renters, yet good rental proper...

I had to buy colored greetings cards.

They are all color, HD and have night-vision capability.  

I have had good luck evening out a stain job on pine with minwax colored poly....so gel stain followed by colored poly might be a good plan.

Let me give you some color about myself, financials and rentals units: Prior to US as a family of five we were renting 200 square feet storage since that was the only thing we could afford.
