This can yield high returns but comes with more complexity, like managing operations, employees, and industry-specific risks.

I have everything and all legit charges, but at this point I just need her to send me a forwarding address so I can send her the remaining funds. 

Can K1 losses from this LP only deal be also taken to offset W2 income?

Site runs very slow, information is not current and search functions are set in such a way that you have to constantly clear search terms, or change criteria to have it pull what you want - this is especially frustrating in the comps section where - for no reason - you have to open the settings and select "all" for it to pull in comps.  

Does this exemption amount get subtracted from the sale price of the property, or the assessed value of the property? 

Any advice on how best to accomplish this task?

Difference this time for me is hard money and wholesalers, it has been interesting.
