Reading - check, saving - check, learning which game to play (maybe fix and flip or BRRRR depends on the case) I went for the first time to a local meetup yesterday, hoping to know more fellow investor and industry people for sure.

I've never heard of this company before but want to check into it further.

The challenging part is finding an investment that has enough spread to account for all of the labor.

I was just about to pick up the course myself when I decided to check on biggerpockets.
