Raised rents, implemented park rules, hired a new manager, brought in more trailers What was the outcome?

I have never managed my own properties because, frankly, I can easily see myself winding up in exactly this same predicament.IMO - end the leases, hire a PM, and have the PM run your property.

Additionally, I will be back in Chatt this week and the next viewing properties, I’d like to hire a contractor to accompany if possible. 

Now I hire out 90-95% and can get through 3 houses, almost 4 in a year.

Thank almost hired a company at a cost of $4k, to do a cost seg study to offset my taxes.

We did all of our own labor, besides hiring a plumber for one repair.

Will have to hire inspectors out to see if the well/septic can be salvaged and what the cost would be to scrape the lot. 

A teenage guy I hired as a helper ran his hand over a couple of cuts in the wall and asked what they were.
