While this potential deal does seem to good to be true, I certainly want to do my due diligence in preventing this from taking a wrong turn.What i learn i will share and report back soon!

I'm a commercial real estate broker moving to Atlanta and I'm in search of a room share or 1 bedroom opportunity available.

One thing nobody likes is to waste time and I'd want to know upfront.Not saying this is you, but just to share -- I've had a few potential clients in the past who have gone as far as to get their pre-approval, through my lender referral, start sending me properties (and vice versa), only to then dodge phone calls, emails, text messages, etc. leaving me wasting my time and effort for someone who isn't motivated. 

I think if you share the fact you're getting quotes from multiple contracts and will work with whoever the best fit is will keep your options open to use any/all of them in the future rather than closing the door on one or two of them.

Can any of the experienced investors share what I could do to fill that need?
