Since you're still in, I would recommend taking some college classes using your Tuition Assistance, that should cover your tuition and then you don't have to tap into your GI bill.

What is largely missing in the industry are good marketing processes to assist in funneling accredited investors and resources to assist sponsors in learning to work with investors.
