I apologize if this has been addressed elsewhere.Yesterday, I submitted a loan application for a cash-out refi on one of my properties.

Specifically addresses Little Haiti and surrounding areas. 

We have our business card registered on the site and on the address associated with the card is our LLC name.  

This also puts the tenants in the position of just not reporting or addressing problems, which normally just turn into larger problems.

I also searched the address to see if a murder or something crazy like that happened in the house.  

There may be other recorded docs as well that might give clues to who the decedent used for legal help.If you want to send me the address I can pull the docs and see to see if there are any clues.
