The owner wants $600k for all units plus the land. 

I posted on Furnished Finder to try to get some weekly renters, but no luck there. 

Also the fixture was there when we purchased the house.

Just to clarify, you are wanting to sell your position on the lease? 

Has anybody had experience with doing one and the results??

My current strategy is to fund the projects with 85% LTC construction loans and cover the other 15% either with my own cash or tapping into a HELOC. 

I understand the business model, but I would like to see the thought process of someone actively running a Short term rental.

I know this has been spoken about before but I am currently working on building tiny home developments, like multifamilies using tiny homes throughout the country and was wondering if anybody else is doing the same or has interest.

You’re absolutely right—at the end of the day, real estate really does come down to the numbers.
