N orthern  Summit County has long been a personal investment favorite, Sagamore Hills, Twinsburg, Macedonia, Northfield.

I just sold my last house in Tampa and I paid Cash for a 3/3 Townhome, on a hill, on the North side of Hwy 60 where all the streets are like new with big homesteads on one to three acre lots and new home developments all around the rolling hills.

Anybody located near chino hills, I'm looking for a mentor that's been involved with real estate investing, hopefully, rentals.

I'm looking at an attractive multifamily in Reservoir Hill, but have concerns about possible substantial tax increase.

Do you have a relative who could be a silent partner with the money you need, for a % of the profits; such as a Grandfather or a Cousin?

Chris,Just to give an idea of what it costs to be reglazed by a pro in northern NJ, I'm in Morris County and a local reglazer (Mine Hill) quoted me $6 SF. 

I'm current holding properties in Ditmas Park, Clinton Hill, Windsor Terrace and Bed-Stuy.The way I would like to put it is through real life examples.In 2004, I bought a 4 Family Clinton Hill property for $1.2 Million.

So, if somebody tries to sell you on a property with 4 or fewer units by telling you how great the CAP rate is, then that person either has no idea what they are talking about, is trying to con you, or both ... either way, you should run for the hills!
