Hello, friends.I am looking to hire a new accountant to do my 2017 taxes, which involve pass-through LLC rental income.If anybody knows a solid account who has experience with small rental portfolios and who they'd recommend, I'd be grateful to hear about him or her.

Account Closed - Just to give you a heads up,  in my experience less than 25% of properties that are slated to be auctioned are actually auctioned that day.

I believe that I have to open the account in the name of my LLC, but do I have open up a retirement account with them too for tax purposes?

If you are going to invest in out of state property make sure its a GREAT deal and that you take into account the cost of property management (shop around to find one before inking the deal).Good Luck

Can anyone recommend an easy to use online payment app or method for allowing tenants to pay online and direct to my account?

We use Buildium for our PM software to track income/expenses for flip projects, manage tenant info, track bills/invoices, and to track the bank accounts associated with our businesses and the PM business.

Also should I take into account the 70% Rule when making my an offer?
