If you did not have marketing companies or TK companies did not market out of state and the only buyers you had were your local buyers the market would be in and stay in free fall and that values no matter the home would only be what a local is willing to pay for an asset and a BP trained local investor at that.So all TK companies and all of these communities across the US benefit from TK companies marketing off shore and in CA and other wealthier areas like the North east.

spend the less than 1k it cost and get a RE license then try to get on with a brokerage that will allow you to work on as a team member.. earn as you learn. keep your day job.do not spend any money on any paid for training at this point you can't afford it and your not going to make any deals with no money no skills etc.save your money

First off, I would expect some amount of chaos in the beginning of a transition period, both in the new relationship between you and a new PM as you "train" them about your expectations and also for them to tackle existing issues with tenant behavior modifications needed for inherited tenants.

Hey Sarah,If your interest is in a company that has a strong focus and structure on training in my experience Keller Williams is one of the best out there, they have some great courses and programs for anyone that is starting from how to lead generate to how to do a buyer/seller presentation as well.
