Hi All,I am working on using OPM to invest in my first properties and I am finding a lawyer that knows the laws in Michigan to help me develop a contract or LLC agreement with the investor so we can do deals together.

:Auctions are supposedly sight unseen, but the regular players at the county auctions (Wayne county MI) here somehow knew an amazing amount of detail about the properties which gave them a good ballpark for the scope of work.

@Carmel Duffy So my mom has a rental portfolio in Michigan and snow removal is an issue there.

I am looking for a good, proactive, and responsive property manager in Southfield MI.

Other markets which witnessed significant appreciation in property values are Columbus, OH with an increase of 27.7%, Birmingham, AL (27.1%), and Detroit, MI (27.1%).Of course, not all markets have performed so well in this regard.

Can any of the Michigan investors recommend a reliable property manager in Saginaw, Bay City or Midland?
