Though I usually see the panels in kitchens, utility rooms, or living/dining rooms, it's not too unusual to see them in bedrooms around here. 

This second living area has it's own kitchen , bathroom , bedroom and washer and dryerWell when the appraiser came out a few weeks ago, he said that we couldn't put a value on it, since it only has 1 bed and 1 bath , and that there are no comparable houses in the area, to run comparable sales against it.I thought he was talking about the separate living unit , but apparently he was talking about the main house , in that one of the bedrooms doe Not have a closet or an operable window in it that you can raise up and downSo..... this coming up Monday , I'm going to go over to the property and put in a closet , and a windowMy question is...... once I do this work, will I have a high likely hood of getting it appraised this time ?

New kitchen, new pool equipment and 2 new bathrooms with an $185k price this one will suck.

I've had it inspected the major problem is that it has a upstairs bathroom that is leaking into the downstairs kitchen wall.

I just laid a large kitchen with a similar vinyl product that had a distressed scraped look.$1.78sqft from an outlet store here... squaring the initial row is paramount.

Im so excited because, the property is in great condition... all it needs is a face lift (new flooring, painting, kitchen and bathrooms).

All rooms and kitchen and outside are in great shape.
