Hello, I am writing to request any recommendations for great Property Management firms in the Greater Charlotte area.

I Know I can get an LLC online, but do I need a business license or should I get one if I'll be managing the rental units?

Aside from zoning issues, permits, and city/county requirements, which are highly variable, I'd like to get an idea of how many units/buildings and how to lay it out for most efficient use of space for those 2 acres.

Any recommendations?
