The paint job is in good condition for the most part but you would like to know the paint color/brand just in case you want to do some touch up work.Question is how do you find out what paint they used?

The fact that you have a brand new AC will be a selling feature to tenants

The choice of tenant might be important; a brand new business with no track record might not last long.

Not sure of all of the ins/outs of it, but I just established a "Series LLC", which is popular in real estate investing (my business isn't even REI, yet), because you set up a "parent" and then underneath that, you can set up numerous other companies/brands in a "series".

Those looking for a well known brand to support their efforts (think Re/Max, Keller Williams, Century 21, etc).2.

If I was comparing this to say Memphis or Indy these areas would be B to B -  as they are unbelievable Brick structures that have been totally gutted from the studs out and every thing brand new..

I'd like to establish a foundation on which to build long term wealth, while still keeping income producing options open.I'm not set on the type of investing I'd like to pursue, as I'm still brand new to the game.
