Do you keep things like towels and soap in the bathroom, dish detergent by the sink, laundry detergent by the washer/dryer; or do you keep all of those things in one location in plain view as soon as you enter?

I was wondering if anyone knew of a tool/service where you can enter your rental vacancy information in one spot and it posts to all or many of the major rental sites? 

In AZ, a 48 hour notice is required before entering for non-emergency reasons.

I entered the values into the Rental Property tools here on BP and the numbers look good.
